Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Agrivise ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

2. The service

Agrivise provides farm financial intelligence tools including live commodity prices, spray window forecasting, satellite paddock health data, season P&L tracking, and an AI-powered farm advisor. The service is provided "as is" and features may change over time.

3. Not financial or agronomic advice

4. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One account per person or business entity. Do not share login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform or its data feeds.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated advice as your own commercial service.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Free plan usage is provided at no charge. The Grower plan ($49/mo) is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agrivise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including losses from grain marketing decisions, spray or chemical application decisions, or any other farm management decisions made using information from the platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agrivise and its operators, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or reliance on the service, including AI-generated advice.
• Grain marketing, agronomy, or chemical application decisions made using information from the platform.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Any content you submit or share through the service.

9. Data ownership and privacy

You retain full ownership of the farm data you enter into Agrivise, including crop records, cost entries, paddock maps, and advisor conversations. By using the service, you grant Agrivise a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

• Your farm data is never sold to third parties.
• On cancellation or account deletion, your personal data and farm records will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
• Agrivise may use aggregated, anonymised, and non-identifiable data (with no farm or personal identifiers) for product development and benchmarking.
• Market bids you enter may be combined into anonymised regional aggregates (for example, a port zone median bid) shown to other Agrivise users. Aggregates are only shown where enough farms contribute that no individual bid can be identified, and never include your name, farm, or location.
• You may request a data export at any time by contacting legal@agrivise.app.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
