Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Agrivise ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

2. The service

Agrivise provides farm financial intelligence tools including live commodity prices, spray window forecasting, satellite paddock health data, season P&L tracking, and an AI-powered farm advisor. The service is provided "as is" and features may change over time.

3. Not financial advice

Agrivise is a decision-support tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes licensed financial, investment, or commodity trading advice. All commodity prices are indicative only. Always verify bids with your grain buyer before making marketing decisions. Consult a qualified agronomist or financial adviser for major decisions.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One account per person or business entity. Do not share login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform or its data feeds.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated advice as your own commercial service.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Free plan usage is provided at no charge. Paid plans (Seed, Pro) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agrivise Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including losses from grain marketing decisions made using information from the platform.

8. Data and privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
